About This Book
CURENTLY IN PROGRESS
I'm actively writing this book. Really. Writing five days a week. Every week. Really. Except that week that I went full-throttle Tim Cook to revise this website.
I'm about halfway way through the book. I think. I hope. I've designated October 2023 as my personal deadline for a first rough draft.
Then the revisions and self-editing begin before the agony of sending it off to a professional editor.
SO, WHAT'S THIS BOOK ABOUT?
Most people think there pet is special, right? But occassionally a soul comes along that transcends an owner's perception.
And if you trust in the things you cannot see and cannot prove, if you listen without filtering, you can hear these special souls. They will let you experience their magic.
I was blessed with that magic when a dog called to me. This is our story.

About This Book
FULL UNPUBLISHED MANUSCRIPT
I developed the outline and wrote this manuscript under a three-month contract for a company called For Beginners Publishing, LLC. They peddled a series of books similar to the For Dummies series.
I submitted my first draft and received my first round of edits—all very promising considering this was my first book. I submitted my revised version a week later
I waited a week. Two. I tried contacting the editor. and project manager Silence. A full month later, my project manager responded to one of the 46,000 emails I blasted at him.
The company was under new management and "reviewing" all their manuscripts. I was told to "stay tuned."
That was the last I heard from anyone.
The book was never published, but it did land me my first legitimate paid writing job.
SO, WHAT'S THIS BOOK ABOUT?
I tried to infuse a boring topic with humor and simple language. In a light, conversational tone I give a simple overview of what exactly gluten is and its history. Then I get into how it affects not only your gut, but whole body. The last half explains all the hidden places gluten is lurking, how to avoid it, and how to live without gluten and not feel like you're missing out on delicious carbs.
